i notice the affects of lighter blue eyes during summer at the beaches as I'm in the sun all day but if you are going outside just to sungazze then just look into the sky where you can sort of feel the sun in ur eyes but it isn't uncomfortable or painful. might as well tan if your sungazzing too

in theory it works but with staring at the sun comes plethora of other eye problems, so not worth it even if it might work
