How to dopamine fast efficiently?

Been reading about dopamine while "dopamine fasting" (stopping using social media, media and games) and it seems that there are drugs that lead to homeostasis faster, Does anyone know about this?

Bromantane upregulates trh even after you discontinue its usage. so that may be the closest we get to actually raising endogenous dopamine levels. other substances that can do the same thing include amantadine (duh same family) , piracetam , bromocriptine , cabergoline , micro doses lsd, micro dosed mdma, cyproheptadine.

Danish advanced Nordic prisons are comfier than hotels in the Balkans though there is plenty of dopamine there, they even get a computer to play vidya
