I have 30mg, 3x10mg vials
I am 204cm 103kg 17%bf 18yo
How much and how long should i use it

Everyone is different. Some people 1 mg/week is enough. Others it takes 12 mg.

Start on say 4 mg. If you feel nauseous, then lower the dose to 2 mg the following week

dude im big like u, i recommend u start with 1mg and then go up, starting with 4 is too much
Like first week 1mg, next week 2mg, and so on?
 
The standard advice is to do like 1 mg per week and do that for 4 weeks. And then increase to 2 mg per week and so on.

But if you want to start losing weight like yesterday instead then I'd say start on 4 mg. When I started I didn't want to be wasting time on cope doses. I wanted to start losing weight ASAP. But note, you might feel a bit nauseous for a few days after injection. Minimize moving around if you experience that

Is cardio worth on reta?

hear me out do 1mg first week, then next week do 2 then 2 then 2.5 then 3 then 3.5 ascending 0,5 each week

Lifting is more important. A lot of people lose a lot of muscle on Reta because they don't lift and eat high protein.

Even if you are not a lifter and think you don't have much muscle, trust me lift. You have more muscle than you think you do and you will look like shit without muscle

For me personally, as fast as I want. Your appetite will be so suppressed that you could eat 3 fruits per day and you won't even crave food. But I don't suggest this extreme calorie deficit. Eat enough so that you lose 4-6 kg per month.

As your body becomes more accustomed to Reta, you will start needing more frequent/higher dosages to maintain the appetite suppression.

Your 30 mg supply probably won't last you long, but who knows maybe you are one of those super responders who only needs 1-2 mg/week

AIght, and 30mg more then enough for me, i have visible 4pack, and enough muscles, i just wanna get to 10-12% body fat( i naturally can cut down easily, but since its winter and theres 50cm of snow in my country everywhere so i cant really walk anywhere im gonna hop on reta to do the rest)

Oh and one more question, when i finish my cycle, do i need to come out of it slowly like 4mg to 2mg to 1mg, o i just can stop pinning instantly ?

4mg is wayyyyy to much as a starting dose. Thats how you experience side effects like crazy. Proper starting dose is 1 or 2 mg, even .5 if you want to play it safe.
