How to drink energy drinks without staining teeth

I need to drink many energy drinks a day but they always make my teeth yellow and sometimes hurt. How do i keep drinking them without the side effects on my teeth

I have had an energy drink in the fridge for like 4 months maybe. I just haven't had the need to drink it, coffee mogs unless I'm in a hurry. At work, all the cool girls drink red bull. Maybe I would become NT if I would switch to a red bull?

I wash my teeth and tongue so my breath doesn't smell. Maybe you should try washing your teeth and tongue? Good for health too.

Never smell like coffee since I always have a mint gum in my pocket, and I always brush my teeth after drinking coffee
 
Stick to coffee: drink it fast, and swish some water in your mouth.
Avoid energy drinks, they have sugar and other chemicals in them, after a month of drinking, I ended up with a hole in a tooth - it wasn't a cavity, the tooth simply demineralized and collapsed, it was pretty weird...

every jb i know is energy drink addicted and still have good teeth

just brush your shelves after you drink them i guess

You don't "need" to drink energy drinks. Not at all. Try going natural. Drink coffee or tea instead. Or better yet, chew betel nut.
