This is how I bought most of the clothes I wanted as a teenager when I had no money.

1. You do need a credit card or debit card so you can atleast make online payments and buy the clothes you want online
2. Aim for some large retailers (Hollister, footlocker, amazon) that are ok with losing money, but don't go for companies that are too expensive or really big companies (for example, Nike), because they have cracked down on this method. Also, don't go for really small local companies because most of the time their after sale services are too fucking ass to help you
3. After you've paid and have received your order, just email them and claim it was never delivered (obv this method only works if the delivery didn't need a signature, which most clothing deliveries don't). Even if they have an image of the package getting delivered you can still claim you never received it or that maybe it got stolen.
4. Most of the time they'll offer to re-deliver it, in this case you have to say that you want a full refund to your credit card because you don't want this to happen again, and most retailers don't give enough of a shit to start investigating and just send you your money back.

ps: Even though it's not available for every online retailer, I strongly recommend using paypal to pay for your orders if it's an option because paypal has great buyer protection.

just wear all black with white sneakers and some beaded bracelets

I shop from Musinsa (Korean Brand). It's an amazing budget website (you gotta set price filters to find out what you're looking for, cuz it does have a shit tonna expensive shit and may seem like a high-budget site if you look in the wrong places).

This guy does a lot of fashion content, and he's where I learnt about Musinsa from.
