How to easily figure out how much height decreased from lordosis (aka anterior pelvic tilt).

Measure your height with current posture. Then contract your glutes as much as possible and while contracting them, move your legs a little forward and measure your height again.

Its either lifuefuel or suifuel depending on how severe your current posture is, and whats your true height.

I personally gained like 3.7cms which is almost 1.5 inches. Such a lifefuel to start fixing my shit posture.

im probably like 5'10 or 5'11 if i didnt have shitty fucking back due to bad genetics
suifuel ngl, not only it fucks my frame but it also makes me more manlet than i should be

Fix posture + lifts + height fraud to 6in

So just do what you described 24/7? Or just keep your pelvis forward? tbh there are prolly some specific exercises for supporting muscles that help you fix it

Look into anterior pelvic exercises, you cant keep contracting your gultes always. Just make you glutes and abs stronger, it should fix ATP.
