dont eat carbs thats what they want you to do cause its cheap. i havent went to a buffet in like 3 years but when i last went i didnt eat for hours before it and i loaded up on meat, i only ate pork, duck, beef and i ate a ton of it theres no point paying just to eat the same basic carbs you can have at home
