How to eat for perfect leanmax without ending up skinny fat

Just food tht fill u up but dont leave u with no energy. Breakfast low fat greek yoghurt with oats, lunch omelette. 5 eggs half a cup of rice with spinach on the side (you want the soluble fibre binds to the cholesterol and u crap it out instead of absorbing it), Dinner just eat chicken find a marinate tht works for u and u pick ur carbs u have pasta with whteverr sauce u want but always walk after it makes a huge difference with big meals.
