Make weekly hauls, tons of eggs, tons of fatty red meats, organs (prioritizing brain and liver), butter, milk and water.

These are the cheapest options without any special stuff.

Weekly it shouldn't be more than $100. I recently bough 8L of raw milk and 30 eggs for $25.

This way of eating though is very hard if you parents don't support it, it's expensive and only viable once you have your own income and knowledge. For now just eat normal healthy jewslop untill you move out. Don't eat processed shit. Just typical store-bought meats, raw eggs and paustarized diary is fine untill you're independent.
