Cut up the entire fish, with head, bottom, splitting head in half, and splitting gutted filet in half.
Consume 0 or minimal water when you eat the following, to successfully dissolve it without dilution of stomach acids.
Eat gills for iron, if you have anemia and metabolic disease like myself
Eat brain and everything, to not miss out on DHA
