Currently, I am tracking my calories with Cronometer and have been loyal to the deficit for a good week or two. I don't move much throughout the day, I don't go to the gym, should I start? Also what are good protein powders or anything for nutrition I should know about? I am 6'1 300 right now. I hope to lose as much as possible when it comes to the fall.
