How to eliminate all mineral buildup on scalp

I think my scalp is filled with theese scalps everywhere, disgusting, how do i get rid of all of this? I heard vinegar is good, thoughts?

Like dandruff/calcification? I got this a while back and I started taking a Magnesium supplement, and it completely went away. Dead fucking srs

Vinegar and magnesium supplements are both good.

If you can you may want to change your shower head with something that gives you softer water

I rub magnesium oil into my scalp every few weeks just for this. Apple cider vinegar works but it stinks like feet and you don't want it lingering on you or in your home. I think highly dilluted iodine could help too.
