How to encourage the maxilla/mandible to grow foward

Idk how bad my mandible is but pretty sure maxilla is not very great so what are the ways to increase forward growth and what age does growth stop, I already take some supplements like one a day men's vit c vit d3 and zinc and have niacin coming in Monday also mewing and stuff but what ways can you pomote growth

If you want the full package and not cope, Get MSE first and then use a FacePuller that is directly anchored to the bone at a higher force and positive angle. As you’re doing that, take the supplements also in order to promote new bone growth. Just taking them and tongue fucking your palate is pitiful cope
