I listen to English music, watching English videos, duolingomax, and sometimes I'm doing some tests just to practice I understand everything but my typing/speaking is not rly good ig how to improve?

Watch old movies and read books written in a formal tone.

Engaging in actual conversation with well spoken people is incredibly important too. I was lucky enough to have a mother and grandmother with good vocabulary, that helped me out; I speak in an informal tone much of the time on this forum however I am frequently told I am well spoken in person.

Keep practicing, it’s a beautiful language.
