in this short guide ill be telling you what my parents did to ensure i got a higher iq
Pre birth
Before I was even born, my parents were already planning on how to ensure i was born healthy. While I was still developing in my mom's womb, she made a conscious effort to maintain a healthy and nutritious diet. She avoided bad things such as alcohol, smoking, and other potentially harmful substances, while making sure that her body got the nutrients necessary to support a healthy pregnancy.
One thing that particularly stood out was how often she ate salmon. And when I say often, I mean it. Salmon is rich in nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids, particularly DHA, which plays an important role in the development of the brain and nervous system. Although eating salmon cannot guarantee a higher IQ, providing the developing brain with adequate nutrition may contribute to healthy cognitive development.
Between the ages 1-3
1. Language development: Growing up i was immediatly exposed to different languages my parents introduced me to both English, Persian and Swedish. Being surrounded by three languages meant that i was constantly processing different words, sounds and ways of communicating, while speaking multiple languages does not automatically make someone have a higher IQ, being exposed to these languages gave me more oppurtunities to develop my vocab and communication skills.
2.Another major part of my childhood was problem-solving and pattern recognition. My parents downloaded educational apps on their phones where I had to identify shapes and colors, match objects and even predict which patterns might come next. Repeatedly solving these kinds of problems may have helped me practice cognitive skills such as logical reasoning, visual processing and pattern recognition.
(make sure not to make your child dependent on phones otherwise they might end up like me lol)
3. My parents also made sure to feed me with foods rich in nutrients, they were feeding me similar foods as my mother ate while she was pregnant, which means i also ate a lot of salmon, this ofcourse made sure i was healthy. This obviously did not mean that eating salmon automatically made me smarter, but having a nutritious and balanced diet gave my body the resources it needed to grow and function properly. Since the brain develops rapidly during childhood, getting enough essential nutrients can support processes involved in learning, memory, concentration, and overall cognitive development.
4. Make sure your child gets enough sleep. I am pretty sure this is self explanatory.
that was mostly what my parents did for me as a child dont think this guide will guarantee your child to have a high iq, as i said before its mostly genes but you can still make sure your child has the right development and maxamise their cognitive development.
