I want to know what features are holding me back and steps to ascend to MTN
 
ur face looks pretty bloated just work on getting leaner bro

how much difference would getting lean actually make because people talk abt it like it can ascend u alot but i dont think my bone structure is decent enough for leanmaxxing to ascend me well

My pfp is my face at 210lbs ~23-25% BF. I attached a pic of my face rn at 180lbs ~15-16% bf. I went from sub 5 to mtn by losing not even that much weight. If you aren’t 12%bf or aren’t trying to get there you aren’t serious abt your looks imo

Gotcha, it looks like fat loss also made your negative hooding less obvious, in your experience did you find that losing fat also resulted in losing negative hooding(which i also have and i believe is one of my failos)?
 
i dont think getting leaner really affected my eye area at all. The diif is prolly just cuz my eyes arent really open all the way in the first pic. i was quite drunk there. getting leaner will significantly improve your face tho it looks like your have solid bone structure. you dont have any upper eyelid exposure which is good. One thing you can do if you want to improve the appearance of your eyes is curl your eyelashes, it will make your eyes appear more positively tilted

im curious during your fat loss did you track calories or did you just estimate the food you ate(like what if you ate out at a resturant or something)

i am still cutting rn tryna get to 10-12% BF heres what i do.
1. track calories: this is the most important u can lose weight doing only this everything else is optional. at 6'2 210lbs i was in a considerable deficit eating 2800cal/day but now i eat 2000cal/day at 6'2 180lbs
2. Exercise: This is second priority. I lift almost everyday and walk average of like 12k steps daily. No cardio other than the steps. also if you dont wanna look anorexic when ur lean you gotta lift.
3. Eat healthy: I eat primarily meat, eggs, and fruit. helps you fell more full and energized. Also health is heavilly correlated with looks.

Thats pretty much it

for me I found that when I am cutting and in a caloric deficit, alot of my lifts go down like i lose strength so i have to do lower reps for the same weight before the cut, did you also experience this?

personally ive noticed that my lifts are just as good on the cut as they are otherwise. if ur lifts are shit on the cut i would try taking creatine, taking pre, and having 50-100g of carbs before ur lift. if ur lifts are still shit just remember that chicks dont care abt ur physique they care abt your face, and ur face will look better lean even if ur physique doesnt

yeah that's what I mean I don't really know much about how to fix lips so I honestly have no clue but I'd definitely recommend researching into what you can do if you haven't
