How to estimate the height of an american male

Well we all know that height in America is a little bit tricky since americans have weird ways of reporting their own heights

so I came with a formula which is:

RH = H*30.48 - LC - SC - 5.08


in which:
H = height reported by the murican male
L = size of the lifts he is wearing in inches
S = how high are his shoes in inches
5.08 = this is a constant that accounts for the frauding, since most muricans fraud 2 inches, the equivalent of 5.08cm
C = this is a constant that accounts for the height in centimeters
30,48 = constant that accounts for 1 foot in cm
RH = Real height of the murican male

So, let's say, a young american wearing 2 inches lifts and 1 inch shoes matchs with a girl on tinder and tells her he is 6'0 tall, what is his real height?
knowing that 1 inch = 2.54cm then we have:

RH = 6*30.48 - 2*2.54 - 1*2.54 - 5.08
RH = 1.70cm or 5'7

so the young american is 5'7 feet tall
