How to Even out skin tone?

I wanna know how to even out my skin tone. Like the skin on my legs and torso is light brown to olive . While the skin on my hands and face is deep brown to dark. What are the remedies to even it out sp that my whole body looks olive to light brown/yellowish

just ask how to lighten skin jfl. usually body needs to be darker. facial melanin levels is most important.
