You don't even know that considering his nose and eyes aren't in the frame meaning we can't see the true size

So no, stretching your mouth is not going to do anything, and no, his lips are not full

Obviously the fastest way is a lip lift but i thought you already knew that from basic fucking logic and wanted other solutions.

If your skin is not supported by bone structure it will sag and weigh your lips down.

if your face is fat, it will push on your lips and make them look smaller

Getting lean and ripped tightens your face. Therefore you will probably have bigger looking lips from it.

his lip width isnt wide enough by looking at that.

first of all thanks to both of you guys for giving me helpful responses and recommendations.
then idk how @Djimo you’re able to measure my nose and ratios with ony my philtrum; my nose is roughly 3,7 cms wide and my mouth is 5,5 that equals to a ratio of 1,486 and ideal is 1,6.
so yeah i would benefit from a lip expander.
that wasn’t really the issue tho i wanted a more obtuse upper lip corner which i can basically only get by lip flip (botox) and fillers

im probably gonna go with lip flip tho because im kinda worried about fillers migration
