How to eye max in order of priority?

Hey guys how are you? I want more Pfl, deeper set eyes and almond shaped eyes, in wich order should i get this surgeries? :
Almond eyes surgery , Orbital implants (eye deepsetness) and Lateral Canthoplasty (more Pfl)

Do lateral Canthoplasty makes eyes more almond shaped? And does any Cantho lifts the outer canthus?

I need more Pfl , Almond eyes and Deeper set eyes

Usually you would start with the implant surgeries.

Infras & Supras, as the Canthoplasty should be done after this.

Also, not an expert on this matter, but i've heard people say that Canthopexy mogs Canthoplasty.
