Thinking that everyone should rate the same at 100% is an autistic narcissism ideology. To get very precise, some people prefer a 2:1 chin to philtrum, some prefer 2,6:1. That alone + every details of a face make the perfect rating impossible. Without even talking of archetype, angularity, dimo and features.
