How to fall asleep without smoking keef?

Just ran out and can't be asked to go and buy more.

Previously I've just had to stay awake all night but today I'd like to sleep. How can this be achieved?

Stay up all night. Take melatonin to fall asleep the next day at 8pm. Wake up at 5am. Repeat. Use melatonin every night until it becomes routine.

I'm definitely not planning on staying sober so the long-term plan goes out the window. Just wanna fall asleep today and then I'll buy more flower tomorrow.

Bro melatonin is literally natural lmao, and his natural production of melatonin is probably stunted by the weed (although I could be wrong)

yeah but your solution is short sighted and will do more harm than good overall.

it’s good long term. At least for me. I think taking a bit of melatonin + waking up at sunrise after getting 8 hours of sleep is ideal

It definitely does. But smoking is the absolute best at night / in the morning. I don't get nearly as high during the day tbh.

Why don’t you smoke 2 hours before bed? That way, it’ll wear off by the time you want to sleep.

I just smoke until passing out tbh, but that's a good idea.
