I am so tired all of the time that I need energy drinks to perk me up. The energy drinks make it harder for me to fall asleep at night so I end up only getting 5 hours of sleep max every night. Staying inside the factory all day, every day means that I get no vitamin D. The UK is a subhuman shithole and the sun is never out so I don't even get vitamin D when I go outside. I've got dark circles under my eyes and already had nasolabial folds by 23.

Why do you think you cannot go to sleep? Aren't you depressed by chance? Don't you think you might be self-sabotaging by not sleeping, since you deeply hate your job? It is like if you were searching for a way to destroy yourself before your work does it.

Yeah it’s brutal and I say this as an office worker. I aged more in the last year wage cucking than I did in the three previous as NEET

When I was a NEET, I would get at least 10 hours of sleep a night and people always said I looked young for my age.
