how to find a accurate camera?

I notice I look completely different in phone cameras vs mirror

even when i make a pic in the mirror it's nothing liek real life,more feminine,more recessed etc

I look italian in pics,while i look lebanese or sefardi israeli in mirror(I'm neither arab or israeli idk how i came out looking this way lol)

I need this for dating apps.
