Had a consultation today with a stupid jew ortho that said we need to extract a molar from each side to give me braces and align my teeth. he said at 18 i'm too old for an expander like MSE? anyway, how can i get my teeth straightened without worsening my facial structure. Never extract.

Also, your ortho likely said that your too old for an expander like RPE, not MSE.

RPE is tooth-borne and only works while your sutures are open which is typically only in younger children..

MSE is usually available at all ages.
