So basically I was searching on alibaba and I found a seller that says 44% HP gel, is that the same as 44% H202 gel? Cause HP stands for hydrogen peroxide. Also I looked on ChatGPT and it told me that 44% of Hydrogen Peroxide is super dangerous and could destroy my teeth? Is that true? I don’t know if I’m supposed to use less and that the 44% is a inside joke between the forum, please respond

yea its probably not the best for your teeth

Is 45% better? And how much gel and gingival barrier do I need? I got 5 sets of 1 tube 4.5ml h2o2 and 1 gingival barrier each is that enough?
45% is better but for me it was impossible to source, about the gingival barrier it should be enough
