Reddit has a sub for scam call numbers. I have a really funny story about one actually, last year in the winter time I'd troll them over and over so hard they'd end up blocking my number (bad idea, don't call them unless on a VOIP because they can and have SWATTED people before) but I trolled one guy and he completely broke character, ended up telling me that nobody understands him and he knows what he's doing is wrong but needs money. When I told him just to get another job he asked me if I could help him. Lowkey wasn't funny anymore and ended up kinda feelin bad for the dude.

r/ScamNumbers I typically only troll the ones that are based in the US that reach out to me first because they break character more often and usually end up cussing you out + they won't call the cops on you or try to mess your life up since they'll get caught much easier.
