How to fit in at work

I feel like I’m for the most part nt, have lots of social circles in school and through sports and just a bunch of stuff in general I like to think I have lots of “friends” ( more just acquaintances that I use for amusement) , however when I show up to work I feel retarded and can’t connect on a social level with any of my co workers… why is this?? I deadass can’t find a single thing to talk about with them, I’m super quiet at work which I am not when I’m outside of work. It’s like I become nd I hate listening to all my coworkers conversations about bullshit. Just a ranting while at work lol but feel free to share your thoughts.
