Supplies:
- 8 oz of cooled boiled water or distilled water
- 1/2 tsp of salt, table preferably
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- Empty water bottle, or container you can use to squeeze the saline from
Instructions:
- Put distilled or cooled boiled water into a cup or measuring cup
- Add the salt and baking soda to the water and stir until dissolved , making the saline solution
- Add solution to water bottle or squeeze bottle
- Without holding your breath, put your the bottle in the OPPOSITE clogged nostril, and squeeze until water comes out of the clogged nostril (Note: it’s gonna feel weird as shit, and your head will feel weird for a bit, just blow your nose until all of the water is no longer in your nasal cavity and passages)
- After, your nose should be cleared, if your head continues to hurt, take a painkiller, and repeat as needed
I just wanted to make this thread cuz my nose has been clogged for days and I would rather have my balls pricked with thumbtacks than for my nose to be clogged, also because your breathing is literally life, causes mouth breathing , worsens sleep quality, inability to exercise properly, etc
