How to fix a COOKED maxilla?

I was on org yesterday and saw a post with someone who had a cooked maxilla, all the comments replied with “Lefort 2” or “Lefort 3” which are barely ever handed out to anyone.

There has to be another way for maxilla cels!!

Would Lefort 1 + Infras fix someone with a recessed maxilla?
