What would be the best surgery to fix a downgrown jaw? Im thinking about getting a bimax or just a bsso but Im not sure if bsso will be enough. Also might get a genioplasty if the bimax wont be enough. Tell me if there are some other surgerys that fix this issue and how much they cost.
Obviusly I still dont know exacly what I need I will have to do X-rays and see. Im just asking to see if those surgerys are good options and if there is something better, also I want to know how much will I have to slave away at a job to get the money.

Isnt that only for the upper jaw? The problem is mostly the lower jaw I have a underbite and a recessed chin
Trimax = lefort cut + bsso + genioplasty
Bimax = lefort cut + bsso

Depends on what and how's your skeletal base, you can't tell fully until you see it via a scan.

You can't tell that much when you also have soft tissue that play a big role.

find blackpilled surgeon

Trimax with ccw rotation or maybe a chin wing, we can’t tell without x-rays.

Tu es sûrement français avec ton pseudo, je peux te conseiller un chir qui fait les deux.

First of all, downward growth can originate from one or both jaws. Therefore, you should consult your doctor. If only your lower jaw is causing the problem, BSSO will be performed. If your upper jaw is causing the problem, Lefort 1 will be performed. If both jaws are causing the problem, Bimax will be performed.
