How to fix a dry scalp

Iv been suffering with a dry scalp for around 5 years and it doesn’t seem to go away. Iv tried tons of different shampoo and conditioners and also have done different shower routines and it’s still here. What do I do?

Unless you have a shit diet then fix and if that doesnt work then derm

ive been using castor oil and argan oil ill tell you if its been helping me it might lowkey be my bed shees too i might need to use somethinf like a bonnet

I have heard hydrogen peroxide can. It can clear up dandruff also.

dont use shampoo everyday and try using conditioner or moisturizer
