How to fix a dry scalp

Iv been suffering with a dry scalp for around 5 years and it doesn’t seem to go away. Iv tried tons of different shampoo and conditioners and also have done different shower routines and it’s still here. What do I do?

Unless you have a shit diet then fix and if that doesnt work then derm
