how to fix a giga long philtrum ; please give some solution / advice

my philtrum is my main failo; over 2 cm...
i know many people recommend lip lift but for a guy it seems to give a really feminine look... i already have full upper lips. so i think i'm fucked.
and i look 1000% better clean shaved

If your upper lip is already full, then I’m afraid lip lift is your only option, boyo. Unless if you don’t mind making your lips even fuller and you could have vermillion advancement, to give the illusion of a shorter philtrum.

That’s the reason why you don’t like how it looks. My Philtrum is longer than yours (21mm) but it looks alright because of my chin. I keep on sayin it on this forum, but your Philtrum isn’t the problem your chin is. Which is good for you since jaw is arguably easier to fix than Philtrum.

i'm afraid to look really weird with a taller chin, i mean my face looked before puberty without my longer philtruml and still short chin

its weird your philtrum looks so shorter than mine,! mine is 2 cm but it looks way way worse than you , its crazy
