How to fix a long midface

Im currently 15,5, almost thru the peak of my puberty.
My mid face is extremely long, how can i make my mid face seem shorter. I have a wide nose, not sure if that has any effect on my midface but thought that might be useful info.

Put your your skull under a hydraulic press machine.

I did this and now I have a 1.9 fwhr - completely fixed my long midface.

the question was if i can fraud or make it look like its shorter without it actually changing its length (make some features stick out more, so attention goes to them instead of my mid face). sorry if the original post was unclear
