how to fix a long philtrum: my biggest failo

hey guys, so my philtrum is giga long, and it is my biggest failo by far. it is killing me because it seems its almost impossible to fix.
Lip lift seems to look always strange when done on male , the issue is that both of my lip are already quite full, and i have already upper teeh exposure when i talk. and lip lft surgery always increase the upper lip volume and teeth exposure. It can just reduce the white lip exposure... damn this issue seems unfixable.

the other option could be increasing the ching lenght ( but my face is already " long") , or the hardcore would be a bimax with CCW Rotation which seems to reduce philtrum lenght.

is there any human in the history of mankind that did a good philtrum reduction surgery ( and don't post female pictures, for her its easy because fuller upper lips always look better on female).

My problem isn‘t even that the philtrum is too long, The philtrum is just sticking out. Lip lift is bullshit

Yes, bc u just have one chance and if the surgeon fucks it up just by some mm, it‘s over. There‘s no going back then.
And since filler destroyed my face even more, I‘m against any plastic surgery

Pull your lip up like this (the whole thing though), it will temporarily make philtrum shorter (maybe permanent if you do it enough).

yes my chin is kinda weak, i was considering a chin wing maybe to have a bigger chin. but my philtrum is still giga long bro ( 2 cm)

Taller chin, OBO or lip lift. Bimax will still have your Philtrum long asf

Who even made up the myth that bimax will shorten your philtrum lmao. How the fuck do you reduce the soft tissue length your philtrum by moving your maxilla lmao. It may look shorter in certain angles in pictures post bimax but you will see that length irl and from other angles LOL

a good lip lift could help a bit look at tom cruise he did it too and his wasnt even good

I'm not an expert in this area, but wouldn't lefort + lip lift correct the issue completely? This would also affect your midface ratio of course. Do you have a long midface?

Damn, that does put you in a tough spot. Increasing chin projection would be your best bet then.
