How to fix a recessed chin before 18

Now between 16-18 I regularly bone smashed my chin. This was largely due to my massive insecurity of it, and wanted to do anything to fix it

I did this on average every week. Was inconsistent but averages out to a week. Every session lasted a couple minutes, with the cap of a perfume bottle.


My results are below, obviously my lips did get smaller as I matured (for some reason my dad had this aswell). I used to pout for some gay ass reason asw.

But if u have a recessed chin at 16, ur best bet is to take some androgens plus bonesmash and grow some facial hair around ur chin

I didn’t take anything exogenous other than mk677 when I was 16-17, so adding androgens should help

But this should be lifefuel to those who have a recessed chin at a young age

The after photo is not after a bonesmash pump(last did it 2 months ago), but with a pump the result is even better

tbf i think my overbite did decrease during the pictures, i shouldve said that

braces were taken off at 17

wont this cause asymmetry like my chin is already a bit asymmetry towards my weaker side. and if i bone smash should i put forcce upwards or from back or like direct front @Mzcerti

i didnt say that it will. i even said androgens will help, not mk677 i just used it

do it to the lower front of ur chin or down below if its too short
