posture maxing helped my lower jaw go from reccesed to regular. do chin tucks and neck curls each for 3 sets before you go to bed.

Depending on your recression, theres a type of braces who can push your mandible and chin with gum but i forgot what its called

Confirm that your chin is recessed and not your mandible. If it's your chin then easy genioplatsy (~ 3k) , if its the mandible get a bimax. I don't like the ideas of fillers and implants because they are unreliable.
