what surgeries are there apart from lefort 1? or could i possibly get lefort 1 for free in germany if my jaw clicks and i get headache from time to time (tmj)?

I think facial asymmetry in terms of recessions is normal and non-noticeable tbh

TMJ seems like a real problem although the solution to that might kill 2 birds with 1 stone

If one side looks more recessed than the other its more than likely a chewing assymetry. Youve chewed on one side more dominantly throughout your life therefore that side looks more developed.
