How do I fix a recessed maxilla. Please somebody help me out. No surgery cus am broke asfuck.

You need a rope and some luck. Attach the rope to your ceiling, then put the rope around your neck. Then pray you get reincarnated with a better bone structure

I'm sorry boyo, if you truly have a recessed maxilla - it is over if you don't consider surgery.

But based off of your PFP you are just self-diagnosing yourself with nonsense, most likely.

if you're still in your young-mid teens, (16 or younger), chew lots of hard foods, like lots. this will push the maxilla up and out- also maintain good posture (to prevent the bones from sloping down with gravity overtime) and have your tongue on the roof of your mouth at rest.

if you're older than this start working and saving up for bimax/lefort 1, there really isn't any other non-surgical solution at an older age. thumbpulling is cope
