How to fix a round mandible?

My mandible is pretty round tbh.Gonions are high and tilted inwards,Jaw short and chin lacking in height and width

This is what a round mandible looks like.Mine is worse tho



This is what an ideal straight mandible looks like



Is there any way I could fix my round mandible? I've heard jaw angle implants work well but do you guys know of any alternatives Osteotomies ?
