Fix your diet, implement a skincare routine and take accutane if it persists

You still have active acne, sort that out (there’s various ways, tret, accutane etc) once all your active acne is gone use azelaic acid to get rid of your PIH and PIE (those dark spots)

Accutane unless acne is extremely mild
