DIY Microneedling with a professional device goin pretty deep, worked really good for me. even more effective is a Co2 Laser, downtime way longer and more expensive, but great results.

No, only take accutane if absolutely necessary, I misread your post

But yeah just microneedling right now. Don’t go to a salon or a spa or whatever, buy a pen from Dr pen and you’ll save so much money

Alternatively, tretinoin and tazoritene are great for scars, but take longer
