How to fix acne at 14?

This is what it looks right rn, i have a silk pillowcase and i wash it every other day, and i eat decently clean and wash my face but nothing really changes :unsure::unsure:
Anything i can do to help it?

eat egg yolks if no meat at all. u need nutrients for growth, do not starvemaxx. it's more about eliminating other bs from ur diet than obsessing with meat, meat is just the less triggering and most nutritious food

it's cope unless u got the best source with animals who get tested very often, fed perfectly and even then it's still risk. just cook it blue rare and u will get 99% of it without risking. raw extremists are retarded

okay i eat steak blue rare aswell with my dad ill jump on eggs and prioritise meat in my diet
