From someone who was the only one in their family to get acne - sleep well, make sure you have a good diet with minimal amounts of sugar (very important), and keep your stress levels low. Also I see you got a little bit of early scarring/hyperpigmentation. You should use a retinoid (adapalene, tretinoin) at night and wear sunscreen during the day because retinoids can make your skin more vulnerable to the sun. These things all helped me get better skin
