How to fix acne/breakouts due to high test

I have 1146 ng/dL of total test and it’s causing high oil production which is then causing acne on my body and face. I started tret about a month ago and eat mostly clean. Is there anything else I could do or do I just gotta deal with it and minimize it as much as I can?

for regular acne you can do seysara , for test acne you gotta shrink your sebum glands which only Accutane is capable of. you can combine both though which would require a lower amount of accutane. seysara really brings no sides its a side free antibiotic designed to selectively target acne bacteria.
