How to fix acne?

Hi guys I just wanted to know what tips you may have on how to fix acne and see if there’s anything I can improve on. I already have a multi step skin care and I have silk pillows and sheets which I was regularly but the acne stays. Any suggestions or helpful tips you may have will be greatly appreciated. thanks.

If you've got a skincare routine and constantly changing your silk pillow cases like I did its 99% hormonal acne, not bacterial.

Accutane like the others said is the best option.
