how to fix an overbite??

ive noticed that my lower jaw is
recessed but my parents dont wanna do anything about it because its not that severe and i dont have any health problems with it i want to get it fixed just for esthetics because its one of my main flaws any tips?

Depends on the severity and what kind of aesthetic outcome you want. Braces or jaw surgery.

i just want to get it fixed since it fucks up my gonial angle and my whole side when im jutting i look so much better and idk if i can get braces since my teeth are fine its the jaw

Seems like a jaw problem yes. Consult a surgeon/ortho if you are old enough. They wont perform a surgery for a minor case if ur under 18.

i dont have 18 thats why im posting this thread are there any ways or habits that can fix it or make it better
