Anterior pelvic tilt - how the f do I fix it? I already can leg press 250 (550lbs) kg x 10 so it’s not because of weak glutes/core.
I’ve been trying stretching but it doesn’t seem to work.
Can you help?
 
how the fuck did you just think of abdominals and legs as the same shit? get your core and ass stronger and stretch your hip flexors. im trying to fix it too and thats the only way to do it. im not even sure if there is some kind of a surgery or something about it
 
Flex your lowers abs while moving and sleep on the floor
