I have terrible Anterior Pelvic Tilt. It's taking at least 3 cm off my height. Plus, I still have a protruding belly at 14-15% bf despite gym-celling regularly. I've seen exercise videos on YouTube but literally none of them show the correct form for any of the exercises. Has anyone here fixed it? What did you do? How long did it take?

How do you know its 2cm? My upper back is exceptionally tilted and then there's the body fat thing so i can say mine is a definite and an extreme case.

I've had APT since 2020 and my height has been the same even though I never train back or abs in the gym (Started in Jan 2022). I don't think training unevenly leads or aggravates any of this, you probably had an injury.

Did that help you and how long did it take for you to fix yours?
I just had bad posture, so I did the typical powerlifting along with crunches. I have good posture now, but you need to actively position yourself in proper posture until it becomes natural. Activate your lower abdomen when you stand by tightening it.

No, i switched up my routine, but my new routine made my shoulders and upper back roll forward, (internal rotation) i have a point in my home, which i always hit, even at night, but i did lose maybe an inch of height, in just 1 month of bad posture

do planks and dead bugs, you probably have weak abs so you're activating your hip flexors instead of your abs when doing most ab exercises. focus on flexing glutes and hinging the the hips not legs.

strengthen glutes in gym

stretch hip flexors everyday

That's just bad posture then. Impossible to get these things within 1 year.

it was temporary of course, i am back to having good posture now, but try doing 1 week of pushing exercises only, thats basically what i did, u will understand what i meant, as for APT, u need to strengthen ur glutes, specifically gluteus medius
